The LAST CORAL BAY Feed

Over 500 people are invited to beat the Guiness World Attempt....Largest Pot Luck Party!!!!

2009 Thankspigging T Shirt

When I first contacted Guinness World Records they informed me our event would qualify for “Worlds Largest Pot Luck Party”. The record at that time was 345 participants by Federal Express Freight Division in Harrison, Arkansas on October 30, 2009. Guinness notified me two weeks ago of a new record. On May 15, 2001 the Slideluck Potshow in the Old Tobacco Warehouse in NYC set the record with 479 people attending.
The old record of 345 would have been a piece of pig, easy. Three years ago we fed 300 to 325. The new record however is more daunting for our little island. We need 500 participants to qualify for the record. New York City has a population of 8 million 8 thousand two hundred and seventy eight. Their 479 people represents .00005981 percent of their population. We on the other hand need 50% of Coral Bay or 10% of St John.

I am asking St John to island up.

This is a perfect opportunity to showcase our small island’s very giving and sharing nature on a day for giving thanks. Your country cousins in Coral Bay wish to extend an invitation to our city cousins in Cruz Bay to attend. Also our cousins in Fish Bay, Maho, Concordia, East End and even Peter Bay ( Aunts and Uncles ). To those who raft up or get together for an annual feast, do something different this year.
This is a once in a life time event to participant in so please come join us. Hope to see you all at Thankspigging’s “The Last Feed”.

With Positive Thoughts, Ken
